I felt stimulated to rethink my view of Jesus's relationship to his family and I found good conversational questions that Joe and I could discuss immediately afterward about misconceptions we have had and about the mysteries we won't ever really know the answer to. I appreciate Bob's high view of Scripture and his willingness to say when he just doesn't know. The enigmatic, paradoxical side of Jesus can bog some people down...I find it quite freeing.
